Boosting Blueberry Smoothie

The boost that every morning needs, this smoothie is packed full of immunity boosting ingredients.

This quick breakfast recipe is how I start off most my mornings. Packed full of protein, this smoothie is a great start to your day, promoting brain health, antibody growth and filling you full of plant based energy.

How to make this Morning Blueberry Smoothie...

Creation time: 5minutes Serves 2


100g of frozen Blueberries

1 Banana

Small handful of cashew nuts (to preference)

Small handful of almonds (to preference)

1 tsp of of peanut butter

100ml of plant based milk of choice

100ml of water

30g of plant based protein powder (optional)

TIP: Use any nuts that you have in your house, a great alternative is hazelnuts, brazil nuts, macadamia nuts etc.

Put all your ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a little extra water.

TIP: Looking for a little extra sweetness? Add a few pitted dates into the mixture.

Simple as that, a breakfast blueberry boosting smoothie. It serves two people and can be kept in the fridge for the day, in a sealed container.

Best served fresh and enjoyed outside in the fresh air.
